Tips for Training a Hunting Dog…

Alright Hunting Addicts, I need your help. My wife and I purchased our first dog last night and I have no idea what I am doing.

I could look online and see what to do, but I don’t want advice on how to train a hunting dog from any little Pet Lover that will take any stray off the street. I want to hear from the rough and tough Hunters what you have done to make your Dog a Lean Mean Hunting machine.

Here are some pictures of our new Labradoodle. We are still working on a name, my daughter is really pushing for Bolt. Let me know any name suggestions you may have as well, although since I am getting soft in my old age I am betting her name will end up as Bolt to please my little girl.

Let me know in the comments what you have done to train your dog. I want to have the coolest dog in the neighborhood and I know I am talking to the right group of people to help me out.
