Scott shot this nice buck while hunting in Utah. Scott by far dedicates the most time to hunting down nice bucks here in Utah. Its always nice to see a fellow Addicted staffer be able to enjoy the fruits of his labor. Plus his wife said it was nice for him to be tagged out because he was home more this extended season. Even though I know he spent a lot of time trying to help his son get his first deer. As well as helping friends with their hunts.
Scott was up early glassing ridge lines when he saw this monster at first light. He lost him as he went into some deep cover. Scott headed over to where he was and ended up finding him again a few hours later bedded down about 400 yards away. He was able to slip in within 22 yards the brush was thick so they had to wait him out until he stood up and then Scott made the perfect shot with his bow. Its net score was 174 5/8

Glad you were able to get the Big Buck, and spend more time with the wife. I hunt http://www.peartreegameranch.com for deer. Nice to help your son too, great story.
