The meat was great.  It is probably some of the best pork that I have eaten.  My wife made the chops with a great brown sugar rub…..  It makes my mouth water just thinking about it.  This was a paid hunt on a 1,000 acre ranch, it was the first time that I have paid to shoot a critter and I was not sure what to think about it.  But, as you can see by the video, it was not easy to get a shot on the pig you wanted in all of that sagebrush.  In all, I ended up spending about $400 to harvest the pig and have it processed.  I think it was worth it and I had a lot of fun.  I plan on doing it again next spring.
