This is a great buck that my good friend Tyson took today. This buck should be call "The don't give up" buck. Tyson spent two days hunting this buck. After about a 7 hour stock to the top of the world several of us were able to help guide Tyson in on this buck as he was rutting a doe. We were glassing the buck from about a mile away, and using a cell phone we got him close enough to see the buck then he did the rest. He got an arrow in him but it was a bit high so the buck ran and ran and ran…… We tracked him till dark and then got back on him in the morning. Tyson was following a pretty good blood trail when he jumped the buck at 60 yards. He was not able to get a kill shot on him though, so it was back to the races. Our friend Daniel was able to watch the buck bed down again at about noon and the stock was back on. After taking his shoes off and stocking in over 100 yards he bumped him again. The buck ran to the opposite side of the hill and Tyson put a great heart shot on him. He was down in 10 yards. Tyson will post the rest of the story soon so keep checking back (it will be in our contest forum). I want to say that Tyson showed incredible patience, determination, and non-human endurance on this hunt. Great job!

My guess would be 180 range, but I am horrible at guessing that stuff.
