This is me….except take the hunter out of the tree, put him sleeping on the ground, and then have the deer standing right by him eating the hunters snacks.

Shane, I don’t think a deer has ever crossed the meadow that you didn’t shoot at. That explains a lot of your missed shots if they are waking you up from your naps.

Although it is true I think most any shot is a good shot…I do struggle to stay awake in the morning when we get up an hour before the sun does. Think if I did stay awake the whole time I would need to bring two dozen arrows instead of just a dozen.
